Good to know
You will love the contrast of being right in the center of downtown while being able to walk up to a completely private loft with all the comforts of home. The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a spacious feel. The original floors give this place quite the charm, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above. *Guests must be 21 and older to book!
Other Details to Note
No parking spaces for my loft. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front. There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator. Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests as we set up accordingly. I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up. This is a very walkable city! You can get from one side to another without a car. Parking is metered on the street from Monday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m at $1.50 per hour. There is also a parking garage behind my unit that is $13 a day.
